Land Yacht
Students will work in teams to build and test a land yacht. They will record their processes and contribute positively to the work of others.
The project will begin on September 15, 2008 and hold its culminating Race Day on or around November 4 - the date of the Melbourne Cup in Australia. The project and the race are not competitive and all participants will receive a Land Yachts certificate.
The highest standards of Net Etiquette are expected and students are reminded to protect their own safety online by not revealing personal information to others.
